We invite You to review our policy on refunds and rescheduling classes.

The following terms are applicable for any classes that You register for with Us and any loaner textbooks You purchase.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Rescheduling Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Nye Ltd Co. dba Florida Heart CPR, 3455 Airport West Drive Vero Beach, Florida 32960
Goods refer to the classes offered for registration on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Florida Heart CPR, accessible from FloridaHeartCPR.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Rescheduling Policy

If You do not show up for a class, You forfeit all class fees.

If You do not complete a course, You forfeit all class fees.

Rescheduling your class does not incur any cost, You MUST RESCHEDULE YOUR CLASS 48 HOURS BEFORE THE START DATE.

Any paid classes must be taken within 30 days or You will forfeit your payment.
